FreeSlot handles personal and scheduling-related information only to the extent necessary for group scheduling, response collection, comparison, notification, and optional calendar support.
FreeSlot may handle display names, email addresses, event titles, candidate date ranges, response data, operational logs, and limited calendar-related information required for scheduling support.
FreeSlot is not intended to broadly collect information unrelated to scheduling. It is not designed to read email bodies, attachments, cloud storage files, or unrelated internal documents.
The operator uses the handled information for event creation, response collection, slot comparison, final decision support, notifications, optional calendar support, system maintenance, security, and support inquiries.
When users choose Google, Microsoft 365, iCloud, or related integrations, information is handled only to the extent necessary for the selected integration and remains subject to the terms and policies of those external services.
In calendar-linked workflows, FreeSlot limits information at each stage: permission scope, type of retrieved information, internal conversion to availability judgment, and participant-facing display. The service is not intended to display, share, or list detailed event content such as subject, body, attendees, or location for participants.
The operator does not provide handled information to third parties except where required by law, based on user consent, or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation and is handled with reasonable security measures, including access control and operational safeguards.
This policy may be revised when reasonably necessary. Revised versions take effect when posted on this site or at another time designated by the operator.
