FreeSlot is a web application designed for group scheduling. It supports not only candidate creation and response collection, but also the practical work after that: comparison, final decision, notification, and calendar registration.
It is suitable for laboratories, meetings, small events, interviews, office hours, and appointment coordination. Calendar integration is optional.
The burden of scheduling often comes after collecting responses. FreeSlot is designed to reduce that practical workload.
The organizer sets the title, date range, and time range.
Participants respond from a shared link.
The organizer reviews the summary and compares candidate slots.
The selected slot can then be communicated and added to calendars.
FreeSlot supports Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, and iCloud. You can still use the service without integration, but calendar connectivity can reduce manual work.
